Application Notes For making CR2016 / CR2025 / CR2032 coin cell, we suggest the cutter size as below.

  • 15mm and 16mm diameter for cathode and anode electrode
  • 19 mm for separator to fully separate the electrodes

For CR2450 coin cell.

  • 20mm cutting die for cutting electrode
  • 23mm for separator
